Who is responsible
RyRow Airconditioning Limited (company number 16488150) is responsible for the personal information used to respond to RyRow enquiries. Contact us at ryrowairconditioning@hotmail.com.
What the enquiry form does
The form prepares an email in your own email application. Nothing is sent until you review that email and press send. RyRow then receives the details you included, such as your name, phone number, email, postcode and project description.
Advertising measurement and consent
With your permission, this site uses the Google tag to measure actions such as opening the quote form, completing it, clicking a telephone number, clicking an email address or opening WhatsApp. This helps RyRow understand whether Google Ads produces useful enquiries. Optional advertising storage is denied until you choose Accept in the website measurement notice. Your choice is stored on your device and no enquiry details are included in these measurement events.
Why information is used
We use enquiry details to respond, understand the requested work, arrange surveys or visits, prepare quotations and maintain appropriate customer and business records. We do not sell personal information.
How long information is kept
Enquiries and project records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the relationship, legal duties, warranties and legitimate business records. You can ask what information RyRow holds or request correction by emailing us.
Website hosting
Like most hosted websites, the service provider may process technical logs needed for security and reliable delivery. This build does not add advertising cookies or cross-site tracking scripts.
Your choices
You can enquire by phone instead of email. Depending on the circumstances, you may also have rights to access, correct, restrict or erase personal data.
